A fruitful day, enrich by the presence of the cancer patients held last January 03, 2010 at the House of Hope inside the vicinity of the Davao Medical Center. It’s an advance celebration of life by Ms. Gerlie Barral in cooperation with the University of Mindanao Psychology Alumni. The thought of bringing joy to the children turns my own joy and it brings me so much fun and laughter probably not because they have pains in life yet it is the people who composed in success to the said event, the ongoing games that we’ve played, the birthday celebrant itself and her family and not to forget the moment with Barney. I could not believe his right before my eyes he holds my hands and I am bursting with so much joy simply because the child in me plays again.
When the agenda was about to run most of the children didn’t bother to participate until such time that maybe and maybe the children show us wanted also to played the games we run, we laugh, we enjoy the show. And so, on the next game they didn’t hesitate to join so they also begun to run, laugh and enjoyed the show. Hahay… If only I could offer more of my time to them then I would be the luckiest person on earth to see them having fun. We ended by giving them food, picture takings, some stuff like drawing books and etc. We took pictures ourselves with my favorite Barney the violet hahahha sabi ni Sir Ogie ang bayot na dinosaur daw.
Inspite sa kanyang pagka bading, I love him still.Hahay, sana maulit muli I could hug him for the last time. Ai.. birthday ko pala on March 5, if am still around I would rather go to that same place and spent my birthday with them for the second time around with different people again but with same old feelings.
Nakakatuwa maging batang muli namakasama ang mga tunay na bata. Salamat na naman Bro sa isang magandang alaala. Sa uulitin po!
