Enmeshed families disc0urage individuality,
and they demand conformity.
Typically, members of such families
talk about others instead of them,
speak on behalf of others,
and tell others what to do and what n0t to do.
In enmeshed systems,
everybody is busy minding
every0ne else's business.
And everybody is expected to think,
act, feel, and l0ok like every0ne else.
